2027 National Leading from the Inside Out Yearlong Fellowship Nomination Form

Page 1

The recommendations that you provide in this form will be reviewed by our advisory committee: National Yearlong alumni who will help us develop an overall strategic picture of candidates in a number of sectors.

This is your opportunity to recommend leaders in your circle that need to be in LIO right now to shape a movement for change and create a radically inclusive, equitable, and accessible society.

Please do not inform the candidate(s) that they have been nominated or recommended for the program. We request this to minimize disappointment given the highly intentional nature of the recruitment/curation process. If we decide to move forward your nominee, we will contact you.

Strong candidates demonstrate:

  • A strong commitment to the cross-movement vision of the program
  • A high degree of personal maturity
  • Well-honed communication and interpersonal skills
  • A senior executive role, typically Executive Directors, CEOs, and Presidents, with a national emphasis
  • Position and credibility as a leader within social change
  • A platform to affect social change on a national level
  • A good match for the Rockwood approach which asks for a high degree of courageous self-reflection and willingness to be vulnerable in a group of peers

Other factors will include diversity in terms of social identity, geography, and change strategy.

Please contact lio@rockwoodleadership.org if you have any questions.

Many thanks for your continued support of the LIO Fellowship.

Warm regards,

Darlene Nipper, CEO
