Training Choice

Rockwood employs COVID -19 Safety Protocols for all in-person gatherings. Participants and staff will be asked to submit proof of vaccination (or medical accommodation) and sign a Risk Acknowledgement and Liability Waiver before the start of training.

Rockwood strives to have 50% Black, Indigenous, People of Color participants in training cohorts.

Our team may limit the enrollment of non-BIPOC applicants as needed. Non-BIPOC applicants will have the option of either moving to a waitlist pending enrollment once the cohort's diversity goals are met or transferring their application to another training.
While we are not currently offering community-specific Art of Leaderships, all cohort selections--whether on-site or virtual--are influenced by Rockwood’s commitment to race equity and creating a diverse learning community.

Affiliation and Training Fees

The cost of Rockwood trainings will differ depending on the type of training and a participant’s unique situation. We use a sliding scale model as a tool for equitable access to our Public Programs. See our Fees & Policies page for details.

All Art of Leadership Online participants receive a link to an electronic, fillable PDF version of the Participant Workbook for this training. To honor the labor of Rockwood staff and Rockwood's collective sustainability —as well as environmental health—participant workbooks will only be printed and shipped to those who require a hard copy of the workbook to be able to fully participate in the training.
